That is exactly what this product enables. You just use your saved searches and then do other stuff while waiting for the product to alert you audibly and on-screen that a post matching your search has just appeared. It's great and it's available on "more than just one" browser. Highly recommended.

  For me the notification sound is way too loud relative to the volume of the rest of the audio coming from my sound card. I am sound engineer and use loudspeakers, not built-in laptop speakers. I have tried modifying the notification.mp3 file, reducing it's volume but when I do this, even though I keep the same name and the file is in the same location, same format, the extension in Chrome stops working and I get an error. Can you advise on how I might achieve what I want. And as an idea to include a feature to alter this volume in the extension options, independent of the computers volume settings.
