Bookmark King is the easiest way to save and return to specific text on any webpage. Just highlight text, name your bookmark, and it’s saved — forever linked to that exact spot, even after reloading the page.

🧠 How It Works:
Highlight text on any webpage
You'll be prompted to name your bookmark
The extension will remember your selected text and URL
Visit the site later, and your highlight will reappear — or scroll directly from the popup!
⚠️ Known Limitations (Temporary):
This is an early version still under solo development. Some limitations may affect your experience:
❌ PDFs are not supported (you’ll get a notice if you try)
❌ Text in certain form fields or dynamic textboxes may not be bookmarkable
❌ Pages with rapidly changing content (like chat apps) may delay or break highlights
⚠️ Single-word highlights sometimes fail to reapply — try selecting a longer phrase
Bookmark King is under active development, and I’m constantly improving support for more sites and complex web pages.
🔐 Permissions Disclosure:
To work properly, Bookmark King requests the following:
Access to the active tab – To inject the script for highlighting
Storage access – To save your bookmarks per site
We never track, transmit, or analyze your browsing activity. All bookmarks are stored locally on your device, with full privacy.
