Submission Guard blocks attempts at submitting sensitive information and instead displays a pop-up message. The pop-up can be edited to display a custom warning or message.

I asked to developer of this extension to help me and Submission Guard is the result. The extension blocks his ability to submit his name, phone number, email address, credit information, or social security number. A message pops up saying that giving that information is not allowed. I am thrilled with this and happy that it prevents my husband from sharing his personal information online.
