Capture a part of the webpage and ask questions about it using the power of Google's Gemini AI
What it does:
- Lets you screenshot any part of a website
- Sends the image to a language model, Gemini, to be analyzed
- Provides summaries, explanations, and answers to your questions about the image
- Can simply open gemini in your tab (without any pictures)
How to use:
- Right-click on the page or click the extension icon to activate
- Drag to select the area you want to analyze or click a single spot and you'll get normal Gemini without any pictures
- Type a question or use one of the preset buttons to get an AI-powered response
Getting Started:
You'll need a free Google Gemini API key from Google AI Studio to use this extension. Visit aistudio.google.com/app/apikey for the key. Simply paste it into the settings menu.

- Pretty cool little extension. It uses AI (you need your own Google Gemini API, which is free and easy to get) to summarize images or text. It's pretty basic right now, but it's easy to use and gets the job done. I can see this growing into an even more powerful extension.
