This is the response they gave me when asking for clarification into why I could not see an accurate inventory total for Amazon on a listing. Please read their response below. Like we said, we can only show the data that Amazon allows us to see. This is not a magic wand into Amazon's databases. The product works retrieving inventory where items < 999 in 99% of cases. If you are not happy with that, then please cancel. There is nothing short of being an amazon data administrator that will give you the last 1% of inventory data we are not allowed to see. We may however be able to display when the inventory is masked in these cases.

• (2020-07-22) Adam: As others have stated, only 5 clicks per day for the free app. Also, this does not tell you the accurate levels of inventory on Amazon - it ONLY tells you how many they allow you to purchase. For example, if a product has a 20 purchase limit on their product, this will show that there are (20) products left in stock, which is not accurate. All in all 0/5 if I could. Don't waste your time.

I wrote the company and they immediately responded and asked what the problem was. when I told them, they came up with several things to try. Took about 5 minutes to go through their suggestions. Product is now back doing its thing. I love this product. I used it all through Q4. It's the only one I can find that really does all the inventory counts for an listing on Amazon.

• (2018-09-11) Robert Holl: Very disappointed Pay a lot for different software and this soon mounts up to a big bill, its nice when you see a FREE product, however after a few clicks u soon find out this is NOT FREE It is a decent program. I cant see why it is better than its competitors price or product, it does a small time saving job for a price.. Unfortunately if i purchased every little time saving product out there my monthly outgoing would soon shoot up. Review has only been left because false claims have been made about this been free, not the fine print of a few free clicks a day. I will be looking at other products that do the same job as my workload is high but i have lost faith in this program due to being deceived from the offset.

After using it daily for more than 4-5 months, I can only give it 5 stars because it's simple but does what it says on the tin and in the 2 or 3 cases in which it showed wrong values, the support/development team were very prompt in answering/resolving those problems. Any more than that requires purchasing a "subscription" costing $9.95 (One time? Per year? Per month?) Seems to be a deceptive start which doesn't inspire confidence in an extension which Chrome says can read and change data on potentially every page you visit.

  Inventory spy extension has not been working for me since i purchased it this past month.. when i click the extension to take me to the offer page it just slides out the offers (not the page) and then it loads forever and the orange ring does not disappear from the middle of the screen unless i refresh the page.
