  • (2023-08-01) Aiden Schmidt: Works perfectly! Does exactly as advertised.
  • (2023-04-22) IBC: Simple, seems to do exactly what it says on the tin. Can't complain.
  • (2023-02-16) Craig Hordlow: I (also) don't understand the negative reviews. Works perfectly. Might be because you need to disable sync - guessing negative reviewers skipped that step. Works like a charm.
  • (2022-11-14) David Dusek (Friend): Works exactly as I needed.
  • (2022-07-25) Andres Guerrero: Works as expected!
  • (2021-11-27) stanley pacios: I tried to block "maps" (https://www.google.com/maps), but it add and block the whole google (https://www.google.com)
  • (2021-05-05) Mark O'Donnell: Not sure why this addon is getting such low ratings. I do a lot of screen sharing/presenting at work and nothing sucks more than typing into the address bar and showing 20 people my reddit history, or youtube history, or... you get the idea. This addon keeps the NSFW stuff out of my history so I'm free to screenshare without worrying!
  • (2021-04-22) Rihard Sk: It works fine but when i close chrome, all my chrome tabs disappear. i temporary disabled history-blocker-by-site extension and my tabs works as expected... it's really saaaaaaaaaaaad
  • (2021-01-12) Mike: It used to work... Also you cannot add an IP address to the filter.
  • (2020-11-04) Space Clottey: Unsure about all the negative reviews, seems to work perfecty for me
  • (2020-08-08) Ümit Kirdar: Unreliable, but works more than it doesn't. Still useless if you can't rely on it for certain reasons.
  • (2020-07-23) Ricardo Carli: it doesnt work anymore sad
  • (2020-03-30) Ashlee J: Works beautifully as intended although I hope to see the advanced stuff
  • (2019-12-17) George: Works fine for me. Everyone else is just stupid and configurate it wrong.
  • (2019-10-01) Jhonny Silva Martins: Works fine. If you want YouTube to not be recorded on history, just add "www.youtube.com" to the blacklist and it's already working. If you block a specific adress of a video from YouTube, it will block only that adress, not all YouTube pages at all.
  • (2019-05-13) NeuroWave: Works great.
  • (2019-03-23) hasan cengiz: History Blocker, history bloklamıyor. Sadece filtreye eklenmiş siteleri history'den siliyor. Bu nedenle gezinti geçmişi oturumda saklanmaya devam ediyor. Daha iyi olabilirdi. Geliştirilmeye ihtiyacı var. History Blocker won't block anything. It's just deletes decided site links from history. While links doesn't appears in Chrome history, will send Google account history.
  • (2019-02-03) N: Simple and doesn't work.
  • (2019-01-25) Yelhigh!: Just doesn't work.
  • (2019-01-01) Waldo Buchenblatt: Does: nothing.
  • (2018-11-29) Alexandre Andrade: IT WORKS! How to make it work: Disable "History" sync on "Advanced sync settings". It's a bug on Chrome: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=395955 . More information on how to make it work : https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47026090/chrome-deleteurl-doesnt-actually-delete-anything
  • (2018-11-25) Normally I'm not that harsh in reviews but since it only has one basic task and doesn't achieve it at all it's completely useless. In the black list it is clearly specified "specified sites will not be logged into history" and the added website still shows in the history. So this add-on is pointless.
  • (2018-10-22) Lucas Löffel: works
  • (2018-10-12) Nudel Salat: Didn't work at all
  • (2018-09-13) Timofey Sherudilo: Doesn't work. Listed domains still appear in History.
  • (2018-09-05) Donald Clark: I think it used to work. Does not seem to work now. No response from creator and no update.
  • (2018-08-21) Daniel Clavijo: doesn't work
  • (2018-07-24) Zeeshan Ali Qureshi: doesn't work, sites are still showing in history.
  • (2018-07-20) JS O: This works well for me. I didn't have to delete each history manually. This automatically blocks the sites I've added in the list. A must have extension I guess
  • (2018-07-07) UL VI: Doesn't work anymore.
  • (2018-06-04) Simon Liimatainen: Doesn't do anything. Not working for me.
  • (2018-05-24) Maximiliana Southerland: Doesn't work anymore.
  • (2018-04-03) Will Potter: Not Working anymore
  • (2018-03-05) 王祥: It didn't work.
  • (2018-02-12) Paul: You must type in a domain name, then press "delete". You must do this every time you want to delete a domain from your history. It does not block a domain from being recorded in your history. Since you can already do something similar in chrome, I don't understand the point of this extension.
  • (2018-01-27) Michal Remiš: works as expected
  • (2018-01-08) Alexander Bering: Deleted my complete browser history (device and online) without asking! (On installation, not with a rule)
  • (2017-12-30) SergioU: It doesn't block but hide the sites from history. Pretty unuseful.
  • (2017-11-10) Roberto Ribeiro: It works well. It doesn't even suggest the site name on autocompletion. Five stars.
