Our browser extension, ClearRead is designed to make online reading more accessible and inclusive for all, especially individuals with dyslexia. Featuring a comprehensive set of Dyslexia Tools, it helps significantly in their online reading experience with tools such as dyslexia-friendly fonts, the ability to change letter and line spacing and sepia filters to reduce visual strain. Additional features include Read Aloud for auditory support, a Reader Line to guide focus and Text Simplification for shortening complex content. Users can easily apply recommended settings or reset preferences with a single click.

- (2025-07-07) Anupma Srivastava: Feedback on Clear Read – by Arav (Class 9) I would like to appreciate the clear and thoughtful work done by Arav of Class 9. As a Special Educator and Senior SEN Coordinator, I support students with special needs in Science and Math and also mentor students and parents to make them into independent individual. We constantly look for simplified and supportive tools for our students, who often face significant challenges in academics. Clear Read stood out as a valuable resource, especially for dyslexic students who struggle with reading and comprehension. The features such as focus mode, spacing and simplified summaries were particularly helpful in making the content more accessible and less overwhelming. Some additional suggestions that could make it even more inclusive include: - Highlighting text as it is read aloud - Adjustable font sizes for better visual accessibility Overall, it was a commendable effort by Arav. I truly appreciate his initiative and would love to see more such innovative and inclusive tools in the future.
