One-Click Data Capture: Blue arrow buttons appear next to every field on a Xero Tax form. Simply click an arrow to instantly capture the field's label and its value.
Standard & Custom Queries: Stop re-typing common questions! When you capture a field, a list of pre-defined, relevant queries appears. Select one to attach it instantly. Use the Options page to add your own custom questions for any field to match your firm's specific review procedures.
Live Sidebar View: All collected fields and their queries are instantly visible in a clean, organized sidebar. See your review notes build in real-time as you work through the form.
Easy Exporting: The "Copy All Text" button formats all your collected notes into a perfectly structured, clipboard-ready report. Paste it directly into your review software, email, or internal documents.
Seamless Navigation: The extension automatically detects when you switch between clients or different sections of a return (like Income to Deductions), ensuring the collection tools are always ready when you are.
Smart Value Detection: Intelligently captures values from all types of fields—currency, text inputs, dropdowns, and simple labels.

100% Local Processing: All extension activity happens directly within your browser. No data is ever sent to or stored on any external servers.
Secure Browser Storage: Your collected notes and custom questions are saved securely in your browser's own local storage (chrome.storage). This data does not leave your machine and is sandboxed from other websites and extensions.
