Description from store
Calendar Check is the simplest way to coordinate meetings by automatically finding time slots when everyone’s free in your work organization—right from your Chrome toolbar.
Key Features:
🔍 One-click availability
Instantly scan your Google Calendar (and any invited colleague’s calendar) to find common free 30 minute slots.
⏰ Custom work hours & lunch break
Configure when your workday starts/ends and exclude your lunch hour—so nothing runs late.
🎨 Clean, colorful UI
Select which of your calendars to include, pick from vibrant “slot” cards, then email your choices in one click.
🔒 Privacy-focused
Read-only access to free/busy information—never edits your calendar or reads event details.
🌐 Multi-org support
Administrators can push and pin the extension, whitelist the Calendar API client, and ship default settings (domain, hours, lunch break) via Chrome enterprise policy.
How it works:
Google Administrator force-installs the extension via Chrome Enterprise and whitelists the OAuth client.
User simply clicks the 📅 icon to load free/busy data silently (no extra consent prompts).
Add attendee emails, hit “Check Calendars & Find Times”, and choose from the common free slots.
Click “Send Coordination Email” to drop a ready-to-send mailto: with your selected times.
Get started in seconds:
Install or pin via your IT admin.
Click the Calendar Check icon in Chrome.
Adjust work hours, lunch break, and calendars in Settings.
Add colleagues’ emails and find your optimal meeting time!
