๐ Affiliate detection system
The main feature for which it all started. Your personal knowledge base integrated into the workflow in the NR2 admin panel. The extension automatically checks the ID of the player's affiliate against your database and, if it matches, shows a pop-up window with all the necessary information.
-Informative notifications: You can embed links to Telegram, Notion, Google Docs, etc. in the pop-up window.
- Easy management: Add, edit, and delete records through a simple admin panel.
- Always up-to-date: The affiliate database is updated automatically from the central server.

โ๏ธ Smart name insertion (Autoname & NameFormatter)
No more copying and pasting names manually. It is an intelligent insertion of the customer's name in the input field if you use NAME in your shortcut:
- Automatically detects the first name by removing the last name.
- Correctly processes double hyphenated names.
- Removes digits and corrects the ReGISTR to normal.
- Will correctly process names with prefixes (van, der, le).
- Example: JOHN-PaUL776 van Delrico โ John-Paul.

If the auto-formatting doesn't work or you like to have more control while working, just click on the field with the player's name.
- Indication: Green color means successful copying.
- Processing levels (Using JOHN-PaUL776 van Delrico as an example):
- Auto: Full formatting, as in Autoname - (John-Paul).
- Name: Copies only the name, but without any changes, preserves case, numbers - (JOHN-PaUL776).
- Full: Copies the entire field "first name + last name" without formatting - (JOHN-PaUL776 van Delrico).

Adds a one-click button for copying emails with informative indication to avoid errors when transmitting data through internal channels.

Helps to easily count the number of processed tickets per shift, which is especially convenient for night shifts.
- Easy operation: Convenient buttons for adding and subtracting the number of tickets.
- Informative: Shows the time of the last shift. This clock can be removed.
- Customization: You can turn off the counter for LiveChat or HelpDesk if you don't need it.
- Quick reset: Double-clicking on the number of tickets resets the counter to zero.

๐๏ธ Clear Player List Button Adds a "Clear List" button that instantly deletes the entire "Recent players" list. Allows you to keep the workspace page clean without having to go through the routine of closing players one by one, and will also reduce the number of errors during work and avoid confusion. Works well when the redirect function is enabled (below)
๐ Redirect function:
Redirects to a clean player search page, avoiding the admin panel and automatically puts the cursor in the e-mail input field, which allows you to comfortably save ~1000 clicks per month with each search.
๐The function of copying the player ID:
A copy icon appears opposite the ID in the NR1 and NR2 admins. One click and the ID is in your clipboard. It allows you to avoid mistakes when transmitting information via internal channels about the player.
๐งฎ Bonus Rate calculator Automatically calculates the ratio of bonuses received to deposits right on the player's page. The result is highlighted in green (if < 20%) or red (if > 20%), which helps to make decisions about the calculation of bonuses.
P.S. For the project codenamed faildep, the value is set to 15%.
โณ Auto-refresh timer
Keeps your session active to avoid having to log in again.
- Interruption protection: When you are active in the admin area (e.g., crediting a bonus), the timer is automatically delayed (by half the time set) to prevent you from refreshing the page at an inopportune time.
- Default interval: 7 minutes for NR2, 10 minutes for NR1. Double-clicking on the timer allows you to set your own auto-refresh interval.
- Manual refresh: One click on the timer postpones the page refresh.
- Design: It can be placed in a floating window or embedded as a native element of the admin site.
๐ VIP candidate detector (mbvip)
In the finance tab, it analyzes the player's deposits and shows a special plate if he or she meets the conditions for obtaining VIP status (per day or month).
- Important for NR2: The calculation is performed only on the current page. For a complete analysis, increase the number of records displayed.
- Important for NR1: The calculation depends on the selected date range (we recommend setting it to one month).
- Quick transfer: With a click on the bar, you can copy the ready-made information for internal channels or for LiveChat. The message is always copied in English in the required format, regardless of the extension language.
