  Any guidance, I get an error msg . . . about "this type of program not supported". I think my MacBook Air doesn't like mp4's . . . thoughts??

  I've tried to add the extension on my Mac using Chrome and I am signed in but trying to make my video. I go to the extension, click on start recording, choose what kind of view I want to use and then it does nothing... I've tried it several times, removed and added the extension several times with the same results.
