I'd recommend staying under 100 message per day until your account is seasoned. Then slowly raise to avoid being spam flagged. Make sure your messages sound very very perfectly natural. Now, i get tons of traffic for free. Ads never worked. I'm pretty sure most of the clicks from reddit and x.com ads were just fake bot clicks.
