- I've been using WriteByVoice for about three weeks now and honestly it's become one of those tools I didn't know I needed until I had it. I work in client services and I'm constantly writing follow-up emails after calls, sometimes 10 or 15 a day. Before this, I'd spend easily 40 minutes just on emails alone. Now I just talk through what I want to say while the call is still fresh in my head, and it comes out as a proper, and well-structured email. It doesn't sound robotic either, which was my biggest fear with dictation tools. The AI actually picks up on context and adjusts the tone. Genuinely one of the best Chrome extensions I've installed in years.

For new users, please note that it is not a tool meant to transcribe everything you say word-for-word, but rather it records your voice message and then uses AI to create a nice email based on the context you provide. That was different than what I initially expected, but now that I've gotten used to it, I really like it. You'll likely have to tweak the message it creates to your tone a bit, but overall I think it is a huge time saver. Thank you for this helpful tool!
