Subliminal Affirmations allows you to enter up to 10 of your own positive affirmations, and then flashes them on the screen every 5 seconds for a fraction of a second.

We all know that affirmations can be a powerful to create new habits, change beliefs or make positive changes in your life.
The problem with merely reading or speaking your affirmations is that your conscious mind can get in the way.
For instance, say you want to think of yourself as thin and fit. You might write an affirmation like: "I see myself as thin and fit" or "I am in great shape."
But if you know that you're not really in great shape, and you don't feel thin and fit, your conscious mind won't accept that statement, and won't turn it into a new belief.
That's where subliminal technology comes into play.
By flashing the messages on the screen for a split second - too short for your conscious mind to read - the messages can go straight to your subconscious mind!

it works well but from time to time, a text with a red background pops up. is this a bug or are my eyes deceiving me? i hope it's not a third option - where the developer put other kinds of affirmations
i'm able to see the affirmation and almost read it too, so please increase its speed and make the colour less obvious, especially in dark backgrounds
Works as advertised! Though initially, I was wondering if this works at all, now I can see flashes of my affirmations throughout the day and it's cool. It'd be good to add an option to control the duration of the flashes, as many people in reviews have requests.
Don't see any text pop up at all.
Doesn't save affirmations after a while and returns a *user undefined* message. You have to keep checking to ensure the affirmation are still there, otherwise you will be feeding yourself *user undefined* subliminals.. Great concept, but poor delivery.. Removed!
I am unable to see even the affirmations flashing.Is there any setting that I am missing?If anyone could help.Thank you.

Extension works lovely! I also submitted an email regarding future improvements. For people leaving negative reviews saying they can't see it.... It's SUBLIMINAL, you aren't supposed to see them! They are highly non-visible so only your SUBCONSCIOUS can read it!
This is a good idea and I set it up but the flashes are so fast that you can't see them let alone enjoy reading them. They should flush on screen for 30 seconds or so, so that you can actually read them and enjoy that affirmation. Instead I will have to turn it off as it just is no use and the flashes are just annoying!

I found that it works quite well & I'm glad I downloaded it. If you want to better yourself subliminally, this is it.
It does work. Messages appear and disappear as advertised.
This has been absolutely fantastic and highly effective, especially considering the little effort or reminding needed (ie compared to Youtube video). I highly recommend this app to anyone!
It is a great idea to be infused with positive messages while working on the computer!
I have used such in the past, and it works, you are not suppose to be able to read or see the script,just your subcon mind will see it. thank you for the program. jim

Great, perhaps you could make the word background transparent so when on a dark background it won't show
