## 📖 Usage Instructions
1. **Install & configure**
- Click the Echo toolbar icon or right-click selected text to launch the popup.
- (Optional) Open **Preferences**, choose your native language. Echo remembers it.
2. **Translate original text**
- In any webpage (e.g. Slack, Gmail, Twitter), select the English (or foreign) text you want to reply to.
- Right-click → **Reply with Echo**, or press **Ctrl + Shift + S**.
- Echo auto-detects and translates the selection into your native language.
3. **Speak your reply**
- Click the 🎤 **Speak reply** button.
- Speak naturally in your native language—pauses up to a few seconds won’t cut you off.
- Echo captures your speech, shows the transcription, and translates it back into the original language in real time.
4. **Or type your reply**
- Click the ⌨️ **Type reply** button.
- The input placeholder will read _“Type your reply in <YourLanguage>…”_ so you know exactly which language to use.
- Press **Enter** or click **Send** to see your translation.
5. **Copy & paste**
- Hover over any bubble to reveal the 📋 icon.
- Click it to copy that bubble’s text to your clipboard.
- Paste it into Slack, email, or any chat window—ready to send.

- **100 % on-device processing**
Echo uses Chrome’s built-in SpeechRecognition and Translator APIs. All audio capture, transcription, and translation happen in your browser—**no data is sent to external servers**.
- **No logs, no accounts**
Echo does not store your speech or texts on any server or local database. Everything clears when you close the popup.
