No additional set up needed, this extension works out-of-the-box, supporting custom entities and attributes. Replication of CRM Activities grid in Gmail provides users with the ability to quickly view, search, and manage CRM activities without leaving Gmail interface. Google and Dynamics 365 calendar sync allows users to keep all events up-to-date and organized. It syncs in background mode and does not require additional actions while you are working.   • (2022-09-14) Lee Moreau: This plugin is total garbage and doesn't work at all. We tried it out but it said we had already done a trial years ago so I just went ahead and signed up for 4 licences. That was months ago, it hasn't worked ever since. Gestures and pressing back don't work when you have an email open, the only way to go back to the inbox is by clicking Inbox. The support people would tell me a new update was out and to update, but when I'd check I'd always already be on that version, yet same issue. I've tried on Chrome, Safari, FireFox on Mac, as well as Edge, Chrome and FireFox on Windows 11. I've had 4 employees all test it and it does it for every single one of them. I even used a brand new PC with a brand new Chrome profile and same thing. We gave up and uninstalled a month ago when it started causing more issues like showing big white boxes on the left of the display. Just for fun I reinstalled it now, since the company said they do not give refunds even if the product doesn't work. Guess what? SAME issue it STILL does not work. Avoid this like the plague, it's SO buggy and doesn't work at all. Their support people are completely useless, and to tell a customer no refund on a product that doesn't work is absolutely horrible customer service. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company to get our money back, since the product we paid for is not what we received.
  • (2019-08-20) Krasimir Nachev: I think this extension is the best solution for the Dynamics CRM Gmail integration. All emails are tracked successfully, it is easy to find them in CRM. New features are good and the support is just perfect! Thank you very much guys for your good product.
  • (2018-07-30) Tim Wiedeman: Current version is incomplete. Do not download if you need to add gmail replies to CRM. Extension only allows add to CRM when sending a new email or when receiving a new email. You CAN NOT add a reply to CRM. I will gladly give 5 stars when they update to solve this major functionality gap.
  • (2017-09-28) Elly Emerson: I think this extension is the best solution for the Dynamics CRM Gmail integration. All emails are tracked successfully, it is easy to find them in CRM. New features are good, especially two-way sync between Dynamics CRM and Google calendar. The new design looks very good. Way to go!

    When trying to login it shows an error that Google Login is not enabled for this app, and it is still under review with Google to enable this. When trying to login with your credentials not using Google Login it shows an error to use Google Login, which in turns does not work. So it is not possible to use this plugin.
