As an e-commerce developer who deals with the Lazada platform every day, I developed this image export tool mainly to solve the pain points of myself and other merchants when dealing with a large number of product images.
This tool is actually very simple, based on Lazada's open API to implement the function of batch exporting product images. During the development process, I found that many shop owners, like me, need to frequently download and organize product images for editing and reuse, but manually downloading them one by one is too time-consuming.
Specifically, this plugin can:
Support selecting multiple products on the product list page and exporting images of all selected products at once
Automatically obtain the main image, description image, and specification image of the product, while maintaining the original resolution and quality
The exported zip file will be created into a folder based on the product ID, and the images will be classified and stored by type for easy management in the future
A relatively conservative approach was adopted in the technical implementation:
Using Lazada's open platform's product API to obtain image URLs
Download images in stream mode to avoid excessive memory usage
Create zip files using the Archiver library to ensure cross platform compatibility
At present, this tool is still relatively basic, and interested developers are welcome to improve it together. If you encounter any issues during use, please provide timely feedback.
