eEvidence — Register your emails
Extension Actions
You're just a 1-click away to send a registered email with this extension — an eEvidence account is required.
The eEvidence extension for Google Chrome allows users to configure GMail messages to be sent as certified emails to their recipients.
eEvidence provides a service that offers legal proof of the sending, delivery, and content of emails. This is particularly useful for businesses needing to maintain records of official communications. The wildcard method simplifies using this service by adding ".eevid.com" to the recipients' email addresses before sending.
With this extension, users can automate the addition of the suffix ".eevid.com" to recipients' email addresses in a specific message, eliminating the need to do it manually each time an email is sent. This not only saves time but also reduces the risk of human error.
The extension seamlessly integrates with any email managed by Gmail. Simply load the email client in your Chrome browser and enjoy the convenience and security of certifying your email communications.
HOW IT WORKS?
When composing a new email, users simply enter the recipient's email address as they normally would. Before sending the email, click the button with the eEvidence logo to automatically apply the suffix to all recipients.
WHAT IF I WANT TO REPLY TO THE SENDER OF AN OPENED MESSAGE?
If you are viewing a message, you can also access the context menu of that message and select the last option to write a new email to the sender of the message you are viewing.
