Create a Google Form

I always thought it took too many clicks to reach a new document. Even with Google's new URLs, you have to type that in. With this extension you can create a new Form with one click. This extension is a glorified bookmark. I don't like to have my bookmarks bar exposed to give me more screen space, so I came up with this extension.
