- I purchased this extension to export Twitter data to Excel. Unfortunately, the final result does not match the price paid. The exported files contain many missing data points: some cells remain empty, others display exclamation marks instead of the expected data. Even after attempting to customize the export by adjusting CSV parameters, the results remain incomplete and unusable for my work. The interface is not intuitive, and the customization options do not function as advertised. For the price charged, I would have expected a more reliable product with better data handling. I recommend potential buyers to carefully, the founder rxliuli ins not serious, change version of speaking any time, dont trust him
