Banner is designed to show a message on the top of the screen if a committed case is detected in a case in the CSP ERP system. The purpose of the banner is to inform the RTS agent that the case has a committed agreement to perform the needed action as soon as possible. Per our procedures the milestone of the case should be stopped , once the RTS agent perform the needed action. The banner aims to direct the agent's attention to the fact that the case has committed agreement .
