Description from store
Arti AI/Scam Detector helps you navigate online with greater confidence.
The extension automatically alerts you when pages or domains have been flagged by the community as potentially containing AI-generated content or scam operations.
The tool relies on active user contributions (Reports, Votes).
How it works:
You visit a page: if it has been reported, Arti displays a discreet on-screen alert, and the floating button changes color.
You can open the popup or the floating button to check the status, read the latest reports, vote, or submit a report.
You can report AI content or scam operations through the integrated form in the extension.
Each report can be voted on by the community (Approve / Reject / Not AI/Scam); votes influence the trust given to the report and to the contributor. (You must sign in with a Google account to report and vote, as well as to access all features).
Main Features
Reports: choose the type (text, image, video, audio, scam), add a proof URL and an optional comment.
Floating Button: dynamic and movable floating button that changes color depending on status.
Extension Popup: page status, report/vote form, last 5 reports, leaderboard access, personal statistics, remaining credits, username and status (Free/Pro).
Anti-abuse credit system: each action (report/vote) consumes credits to limit spam.
Free: max 10 credits, regeneration +1 every 2 hours. Limited access to statistics, leaderboard.
Pro: max 30 credits, regeneration +1 every 1 hour. API access Whitelist request access Full access to all advanced features via dashboard (advanced stats, advanced ranking, pro space)
Voting process: votes adjust the trust score of a report. Example: 100 votes “Not AI/Scam” permanently classify the page as “Safe content” and lock voting.
Pro Dashboard: advanced stats, PDF export, detailed leaderboard, subscription management, whitelist request form, and anonymized API access.
Whitelist & Creators: Creators can request their site or profile to be added to the whitelist via the dashboard (e.g., profiles on major social networks and content platforms). If accepted, the resource will remain whitelisted as long as the creator’s subscription is active; the whitelist may be suspended if the subscription ends or rules are violated.
Pro API (anonymized): access to reports and Whitelists in anonymized form (API key is disabled at the end of the subscription and reactivated upon renewal).
Privacy & Security
Reports visible to the community do not include personally identifiable information.
Arti does not index or collect raw content from visited pages.
Stored account data: ID and email (for account management).
Dashboard login via magic link.
In case of abuse or anomaly (multiple suspicious reports), contact us: [email protected].
Current limitations and planned evolutions
No automatic detection by content analysis for now: Arti currently relies solely on human reports.
Automatic detection may be implemented in the future if reliable digital signatures or markers become available (e.g., embedded signatures in AI-generated images/sounds).
No (yet) automated review system for reports — implementation planned in future versions.
