Ever told yourself “just five more minutes” and clicked a blocker’s “continue” button—only to keep scrolling? I did that too. It defeated the whole point.
I built Time Guard because softer blockers let me talk myself into wasting time. If I can press a button to keep watching, I usually will. So I made something stricter by design: when time is up, I close the tab (or redirect to a page you choose). The loop ends. You move on. Your time comes back.

No “snooze” trap: When the timer ends, I actually end the session—by closing the tab or redirecting—so you don’t slip back in.
Unintrusive but firm: I show a simple overlay once per site session to keep you informed without nagging.
Keeps time honestly: I keep counting even if you switch tabs or windows. To stop the timer, close the site.
Built for real browsing: Accurate domain grouping (e.g., co.jp, co.uk) so rules apply exactly where you expect.

How to get started
Add a rule with a simple substring (e.g., example.com).

That’s it—when time is up, I close or redirect the tab so you can move on.

だから私はこの拡張機能を作りました。Time Guard は、”優しいだけ” のブロッカーで自分をごまかしてしまう状況を終わらせるための拡張機能です。押せば見続けられるボタンがある限り、人は押してしまう。だからこそ、時間になったらページ自体を閉じる（または指定ページへリダイレクトする）ように設計しました。ループを断ち切り、気持ちを切り替え、時間を取り戻します。
