Sydney Apartment Buyers Overlay adds a fast, compact panel to realestate.com.au that shows you building related information in one place.
• Register (building orders / court judgements / media releases & publications)
• Court listings (listings where the owners corporation is involved)
• Sales (sales from the start of 2025)
HOW IT WORKS
• When you open a property page on realestate.com.au, the overlay detects the address and matches it to Sydney Apartment Buyer's datasets.
• If register or court listing data is found, the header appears highlighted red, otherwise the header will appear blue.
• Sources shown as plain text so you can copy/paste the URL to conduct further research.
• Only runs on the realestate.com.au domain/website.
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Visit a property page on realestate.com.au.
2) Click the red/blue header (“Sydney Apartment Buyers…”) to expand.
3) Review Register, Sales and Court sections (if available).
4) Copy any listed source link to verify with primary sources.
