The customization is great as well. I test it out and afterwards we as company already subscribed for some premium accounts - worth it! Customization is a big thing and the tool give it to us; moreover not everybody is generating own utm tags for new campaigns. "fb", "facebook", "fb-homepage", ... it all is capsuled and defined by our team - once - and then can be used without always typing in everything new and furthermore keep everything in your mind...
