Made for school environment's
mainly to detect proxy's that slip by filters, also hits some gaming sites by collateral with some detection for tab cloaking/title spoofing, and about tab injection

Can also blacklist and whitelist urls via admin .json

- Added a console hunter for noisy proxy's.
- Added url blocking via admin .json with its own block page variant.
- Added url whitelisting via admin .json
- Added title spoof via admin .json to set custom title values (testing)
- Added true/false flags for different functions to be set in admin .json (still a work in progress)
