GETTING STARTED
1. Install the extension
2. Log into your Odoo instance in your browser
3. Get your API key from Odoo (Settings → My Profile → Account Security)
4. Configure the extension with your Odoo URL and API key
5. Open any email in Gmail to see the extension's sidebar
REQUIREMENTS
• Active Odoo instance (Community or Enterprise edition)
• For helpdesk tickets: Odoo Enterprise with Helpdesk module
CURRENT SCOPE
• This extension provides read-only access to existing records
• At this time, you can create new records but cannot edit or delete existing ones
• Some advanced features require upgrading from the free tier
