On some sites the mendeley import panel is pushed off screen. This fixes the IEEExplore site but other sites the options.
Users of the Mendeley importer extension will have been frustrated that for some sites it does not show the import bar properly. Notable for the IEEExplore site. This extension is written as a patch to that. Other sites that experience issues can be added in the Chrome Extension options menu
