Side panel workflow

The extension opens in a Chrome side panel so users can work without leaving the current page. Text can be typed directly into the panel, reviewed, edited, and then sent for processing. Selected text from a webpage can also be sent into the panel first, giving the user full control before running any action.

This side-panel workflow is the core of the extension because it keeps the experience focused, accessible, and non-intrusive.

AI options

The extension supports:

Google Gemini for cloud-based assistance
Local Chrome AI when supported by the user’s browser and device

This gives users flexibility. When local AI is available, they can use on-device processing. When it is unavailable, they can continue with Gemini.

Notes and history

To support real writing workflows, the extension includes:

saved history of recent outputs
saved notes from input or output text
export of notes and history as CSV

These features help users keep useful results without adding unnecessary complexity.
