Bulk Outlook Email to PDF Exporter

Bulk Outlook to PDF Exporter lets you quickly save one or many Outlook web emails as high-quality PDF files – perfect for archiving, accounting, legal records, or sharing conversations outside your inbox.

The extension works directly on Outlook web (outlook.live.com / outlook.office.com). You can export:
a) The email you’re currently reading, or
b) Multiple emails selected in the message list (they’ll be opened one by one and saved as separate PDFs).

Each PDF includes:
- The full content of the email, including long threads (captured with automatic scrolling)
- A clear subject header at the top of the first page
- A multi-page layout optimized for A4 printing

HOW IT WORKS

Open Outlook web and sign in.
To export a single email: open the message, then click “Export as PDF” in the top bar.
To export multiple emails: in the message list, select all the conversations you want (via checkboxes), then click “Export as PDF”. The extension will:
Open each selected message in reading mode
Scroll through it to capture the full content
Generate a separate PDF file for each email and download it
No copying, no forwarding, no external tools – everything happens directly in your browser.

Free version: exported PDFs include a small DEMO watermark.
PRO version: enter your unlock code to remove the watermark and get clean PDFs for professional use.

Privacy & security

The extension runs entirely in your browser.
Emails are processed locally: no content is sent to external servers by the extension for conversion.
It only needs access to Outlook pages to read the email layout and render it as PDF.

Note:
This extension is designed for the web version of Outlook. It does not integrate with the desktop Outlook app. Make sure you are using Outlook via your browser (outlook.live.com or outlook.office.com) when exporting emails.
