Keyboard-first helpers for Google Gemini. This extension makes Gemini faster to use without reaching for the mouse.
Features:
- Safe Send: Enter inserts a newline; Cmd/Ctrl + Enter sends the message. Prevents accidental sends mid-sentence.
- Vim-like Scrolling: j/k to scroll, Shift + J/K for half-page jumps, Cmd/Ctrl + J/K to jump to top/bottom. Holding j/k enables continuous scrolling.
- Model Switching: Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + ArrowDown opens the model menu. Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + 0 selects Instant mode; Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + 9 selects Thinking mode.
- Chat Management: Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + P to pin a chat; Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Backspace to delete with confirmation; Cmd/Ctrl + I to open a temporary chat.
- File Upload: Cmd/Ctrl + U opens the file upload menu.
- Focus Toggle: Shift + Space moves focus to or away from the prompt input.
- Shortcuts Dialog: Cmd/Ctrl + / opens an in-page list of all keyboard shortcuts. Press Esc to close.
All shortcuts are customizable from the popup. Settings sync across devices via your Google account.

- Well, I just wanted an extension which can help me put a shortcut key to focus and un-focus the input box, but it has many other built-in shortcut keys, which are great. It's good to try if your top priority is efficiency.
