DeepAI Assistant brings the power of DeepAI directly into your browser.

Highlight any text or use the side panel to get instant summaries, explanations, translations, and AI-generated responses. You can also send content to DeepAI’s image tools to remove backgrounds, enhance images, colorize, and more — without leaving the page you’re on.

What you can do with DeepAI Assistant:
• Summarize long articles, docs, or emails in one click
• Explain complex topics in simpler language
• Translate selected text into other languages
• Draft or rewrite replies for messages, emails, and comments
• Send page content to DeepAI’s image tools (remove background, enhance, colorize, edit, etc.)
• Use the side panel as a persistent AI chat while you browse

How it works:
• The extension runs a lightweight content script on the pages you visit so it can access selected text and page context when you ask it to.
• When you trigger an action (e.g. “Summarize”, “Explain”, “Translate”), the relevant text or image data is sent securely to DeepAI’s APIs to generate a response.
• Results show up directly in the side panel or inline UI, so you never have to leave the page.

Privacy & security:
• DeepAI Assistant does not track your browsing history or read pages in the background for analytics or advertising.
• Content is only sent to DeepAI when you explicitly trigger an action (for example, using the context menu, toolbar button, or side panel).
• The extension only communicates with DeepAI services on deepai.org domains.
