(2023-09-05) Zachary Aviles: I'm not sure why this extension has such great reviews. From my experience using it over the past year, the likelihood it provides the correct number is less then 50% (if it populates at all, which I feel is less then 50%). It also regularly logs me out or glitches to where there is a blank panel on the side of my screen and wont allow me to remove it unless I completely exit out of my browser. It is more of a hassle than the value it provides. It is free though, so that's nice, because I absolutely would not pay for it.

(2023-07-03) Ellie Rossiter: I installed the extension with the intention of signing up, but before I did I went to look at the reviews from a number of different sites. From what I have found of the most recent views on these different sites, this seems like more of a scam that aims to collect your personal data to sell despite the data protection options you select. Many of previous customers have written about unsolicited calls & emails from businesses and a lack of customer support. Any attempt made to remove their details seems to lead to nothing and any attempt to change your privacy settings seems pointless. On that note, previous customers have stated that the free trial did nothing to show what the Lusha was capable of and after paying for a subscription found that the software was unfit for purpose. It seems that their newest update and business practices leave much to be desired for the software. To wrap it up, I would rather not compromise my privacy for software that is not functional, and if you are going to sign up - I would recommend not signing up with your business / personal contact details and use a secondary account instead.

You can't even filter positions and lead data by State! How is such a large platform so under developed that it can't even allow it's US based users to filter data and companies by state? My gosh, even free platforms have this. 0/5 not worth it. Terrible customer support as well. Amit - the support rep - has been fighting me on a refund even though I've used only 2 credits out of 600 to test. He started getting threatening and menacing with me and its clear that Lusha is just another poorly managed data platform that charges too much, and gives too little. Honestly your money is better spent elsewhere.

Donc méfiez vous risquez d'avoir de très mauvaises surprises. 2/ Ils changent à leur guise les formules d'abonnement. Au départ, vous avez l'auto enrichement SF et également zappier et d'un seul coupe cela disparait de votre abonnement. Vous contactez alors le support dont l'incompétence et le mensonge est la qualité première vous indque que non, vous n"avez jamais bénéficé de cette formule. 3/ L'incompétence est également technique. Le connecteur zappier etait une escroquerie il n'a jamais marché pour preuve Lusha n'en parle plus. Nous avons fait des tests pendant de mois et cela n'était jamais de leur faute si cela ne fonctionnait pas. Pariel pour SalesForce. En résumé le vol, l'incompétence et le mensonge est ce qui caractérise mieux cette apps et leurs dirigeants. Un conseil fuyez !!!!
