There are two ways to download content:

Method 1: Single Post Download

1. Navigate to Facebook.com (https://www.facebook.com).
2. Browse your feed as usual.
3. Look for the Download button (or icon) that appears on individual posts.
4. Click the button to start downloading that specific post's content.

Method 2: Batch Download via Extension Icon

1. While browsing Facebook, click the Extension Icon (the blue logo) in your browser toolbar.
2. A table will appear listing all the posts detected on the current page.
3. You can review the posts and click the download button next to any item to download it.
4. This is useful for quickly finding and downloading multiple posts without scrolling back through the feed.
