### First Time Setup

1. **Sign In**
- Click the Clipt extension icon
- Click "Sign In with Google"
- Complete the OAuth flow on clipt.cc
- Return to the extension - you'll be automatically signed in

2. **Alternative**: Visit clipt.cc and sign in there first. The extension will automatically sync your authentication.

### Creating Clips

1. **Navigate** to a supported video page (Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)
2. **Click** the Clipt extension icon
3. **Set Time Range**:
- Use the visual slider to set start/end points
- Or type times manually in MM:SS format (e.g., "0:30")
4. **Configure Options**:
- Speed Factor: Adjust playback speed (0.5x to 3x)
- Extract Audio: Save audio separately
- Generate Captions: Auto-generate captions
5. **Create Clip**: Click "Create Clip" button
6. **Monitor Progress**: Watch the progress bar through each stage:
- Creating clip record
- Analyzing video
- Processing video (trimming, encoding)
- Uploading to cloud
- Finalizing
7. **View in Dashboard**: Click the success link to view your clip
