⚙️ Technical Information (Privacy & Transparency) We use two technical methods to improve user experience and ensure privacy:
- Network Level Detection (declarativeNetRequest): Analyzes the URL structure before the browser connects to YouTube. Using the Chrome Manifest V3 standard API, it performs an internal redirection to a 'refined URL' before unnecessary data is sent to the server. This is a process of correcting the URL format, not blocking the network request itself.
- Dynamic Address Refinement: Even after the page loads, it utilizes the browser's History API to remove specific parameters (such as timestamps or playlists, based on user settings) from the visible address bar in real-time.
