MerchProtect is the best way for Merch by Amazon sellers to insure their account is protected. Here's why:
*NEW* Saved Search Feature
•You are now able to SAVE your search phrase. Twice a day, MerchProtect runs your saved search phrase(s) to insure your saved search phrase(s) remains un-trademarked and un-copyrighted
•The best way to use this feature is to save the phrases that are GREEN for both copyright and trademark. That way if at anytime you see a RED in your saved searches, you know that phrase is no longer safe to use
STAY PROTECTED
• Easily search copyright terms to insure you aren't using any copyrighted material
• Simultaneously search Trademark terms to insure you are not using any trademarked material
• Slot will turn green indicating the term/phrase entered is OK to use
• Slot will turn red indicating the following term/phrase is NOT OK to use
SEARCH OTHER SELLERS DESIGNS
• When searching your term/phrase, you are able to press the "Go To Amazon" link which will then take you to the Amazon Category where Merch T-shirts will be
• Get ideas of what specifications you would like to use on your own merch shirts

Have had some issues recently with the results being inconsistent. Search the same exact phrase in the evening and upload design after getting two green lights, even saved it, and the next morning got a rejection from Amazon and when checked it again (same phrase had listed in save) it came up RED. Had the issue again today before uploading anything. First time had two green lights. Second time had a RED on copyright. ???? Can you advise why this extension needs to "Read your browsing history" and "manage your downloads". I understand that extensions need a certain amount of access in order to perform their function, but I'm not clear in this case. Thanks!
