🔒 ZERO-KNOWLEDGE ENCRYPTION
Files are encrypted locally on YOUR device using AES-256-GCM before they ever leave your browser. The server only stores encrypted blobs. Two modes:
• Link-key: Random encryption key embedded in the URL fragment (never sent to server)
• Password: You set a passphrase — key is derived via PBKDF2 locally. No one can decrypt without it.

Capture your full visible tab or select a specific region. Instantly uploaded and encrypted — share link copied to clipboard.

🎬 PAGE MEDIA SCANNER
Scan any webpage for images and videos. Preview them in a grid, select what you want, then download or upload to FileShot in one click.

Right-click any image, video, link, or selected text to quickly upload or share via FileShot context menu.

🔑 PASSWORD PROTECTION
Add an optional password for extra security. The password gates both server access (bcrypt) and client-side decryption (PBKDF2). Green indicator confirms when protection is set.

Every upload is saved locally with copy and delete buttons. Collapsible list — find any link you've ever shared.
