HOW IT WORKS

Tab Gravity runs a background scan every minute. Any tab you haven't touched longer than your threshold (default: 10 minutes) gets moved into the Low Gravity tab group. That group stays collapsed so it doesn't clutter your tab bar. The moment you click a tab inside it, it comes straight back — no different from a normal tab.

You control the threshold. You control which sites are exempt. Tab Gravity just does the tidying.

🪐 Auto-grouping
Idle tabs collapse into a single group automatically. Your tab bar goes from chaos to clean with zero effort.

⚓ Reality Anchor
Some tabs should never fall. Ground any tab or domain — Gmail, your work dashboard, a doc you're actively referencing — and it stays front and centre no matter how long it sits idle.

💾 Memory Discard
Fallen tabs can optionally have their memory discarded too. The discard strength slider (0–100%) lets you dial in exactly how aggressively Tab Gravity frees RAM. Tabs stay in the group and reload when you click them.

📊 Local Stats
See how many tabs have fallen, been discarded, or been grounded today. All of it stays on your device — never uploaded anywhere.

⚙️ Per-site Timers
Different sites deserve different patience. Set a custom inactivity threshold per domain: YouTube at 2 minutes, Google Docs at 60. (Up to 3 entries on Free.)

🖱️ Right-click Actions
Right-click any page to pin it to Reality, send it to Low Gravity immediately, or always ground its domain — no need to open the popup.

Tab Gravity reads tab URLs and last-accessed times solely to decide whether a tab should fall. It never transmits, stores externally, or shares any browsing data. The only outbound network request the extension ever makes is a single call to verify your Pro license key — and only when you explicitly click Activate in Settings. Free users never trigger any network call.
