Shhh automatically mutes auto-play videos and gives you the option to turn on the sound only when it won't annoy others
How annoying and potentially embarrassing is it when you browse to a web page and a video starts loudly playing automatically? You are at the office and a video on hemorrhoid cream loudly begins with (for the whole office to hear), "HOW TO SHRINK YOUR HEMORRHOIDS...".
Shhh solves this problem for good! As soon as a video (or audio) attempts to play, it mutes it automatically and asks you if you want to un-mute it.
Simple, effective, no complicated settings. Just install and browse without ever having to worry about everybody around you having to hear what you are doing on your computer again.
