Quickly search for highlighted text in Salesforce via right-click
Quickly search for highlighted text in Salesforce via right-click
Tired of highlighting text, right clicking to copy, scrolling up to Salesforce Global Search Bar, pasting that text, hitting enter? Well I was at least.
With this extension you can:
Quickly search for highlighted text on Salesforce via the right-click. All you have to do is...
1) Highlight the text you want to search
2) Right-click
3) Select "Search in Salesforce"
This will then open a new tab with the results from the Salesforce search.
NOTES:
This will only work for users within the NA1 Org!
Not an official Salesforce.com product

How do you switch the org? - (2017-03-09, v:0.4) Taking me to login screen
I used to used this extension all day every day - really helped to save some time! However, when I try using it now, each time I highlight text & click to search, it takes me to the Salesforce login page.. even if I try to follow through & complete the login, I get an error message saying "Please check your username and password. If you still can't log in, contact your Salesforce administrator." However, I am working inside of Salesforce perfectly fine. Any ideas why this is happening? I have uninstalled & reinstalled as well. Thanks! - (2016-09-26, v:0.4) Parth Shah: How to switch org ?
