Dont believe it is a malware, it is an extension. i tryed it. you need to type \ and you will see i feel lucky and pressing it would enable it and you type in something, it will bring you to a website that you wanted

Not working for me, at least not the way I expected. This inspired me to find better alternative: https://lucky.surf/ You can register lucky.surf as search engine (instructions on their website) and now I can very easily do my lucky searches directly from Chrome by typing @lucky followed by pressing tab and voila, no need for extensions anymore.

GoogleでI'm Feeling Luckyを愛用していたごくわずかな方へ。 実はDuckDuckGoが使われています。別の検索エンジンです。まあGoogle本体の該当機能ももうだいぶ前に消えているようですし、検索結果が極端に変わる感じでもないようなので（日本語サイトも比較的適切に拾っています）、代用としてはこれで必要十分だと思います。

woah, this is no minor accomplishment... I've wrestled with Google's 'Feeling Lucky' trying to get it to work programmatically, but it's always buggy/inconsistent and shows Google search results much of the time. It doesn't even work properly while using Google Apps Script, which to me implies it's intentionally buggy. But, learning that DuckDuckGo has the same feature with 'https://duckduckgo.com/?q=\\" + text', and that it works 'all the time', is such a huge relief after so much wasted effort
