X（旧Twitter）の1日の利用時間を管理するためのタイマー拡張機能です。設定した制限時間を超えると画面がロックされ、使いすぎを強制的に防ぎます。

・常時表示タイマー: Xの画面上に、活動限界までの残り時間をリアルタイム（1/100秒単位）で表示します。
・利用制限設定: 1日の利用時間を分単位で自由に設定可能。毎日0:00（ローカル時間）に自動的にリセットされます。
・強制ロック: 制限時間を使い切ると「ACTIVTY LIMIT REACHED」の警告と共に画面が強制的にロックされ、操作（スクロール、クリック、入力）ができなくなります。
・表示カスタマイズ: ミリ秒（センチ秒）表示の有無や、コロンの点滅アニメーションをオン/オフできます。
