- This extension does exactly what it promises—and does it flawlessly. DownloadRenamer keeps my files organized with clean, consistent naming using dates and page titles, which saves me a ton of time. I especially appreciate the privacy-first design with zero data collection and fully local processing. The customization options are flexible without being overwhelming, and the fallback to hostname is a smart touch. It’s lightweight, reliable, and just works. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a cleaner download workflow.
