This extension really works blocking intrusions that somehow are rarely missed by Norton or Windows Defender.

Despite having Rapport installed I am still being asked to enable it several times a day. Does anyone know why this happens ?
Mike
Every re-start and I'm asked to enable it. Poor!

Stopped working. Reinstalled - still not working on Microsoft Edge Version 134.0.3124.72 It seems MS don't want you to use this extension. It doesn't appear in their list of installable extensions either.

It's a pain in the aris! Keeps popping up to say enable - click enable and it says already downloaded. I get no option to 'get it'. Seems to be sat there doing nothing - the only option seems to be remove. Like I said " a pain in the aris"

Very good app, operating quietly at the background.

keeps coming back with request to enable.

This is a great security plugin. We deployed it at work to protect Customers using our online financial product websites (banking, shopping, government). But you can enable it to protect your usage of other sites, too, including social media sites. Great tool to use to help protect your personal computers and internet usage.

excellent

I am asked to install the add on every time I open the computer. Unless I am missing something it seems it is already installed
George
twice in the last week it as asked me to install and enable rapport in edge but when checked it's already installed and running in edge and chrome. Time for you devs to get it sorted out. And what is Trusteer Endpoint client anyway I have looked for it on IBM's site and cannot find any mention of it

Stephen/David. Yep Youff is seen as the future! I dunno why, they are still wet behind the ears, and pretty clueless.
marzena
I have no problem with it. It protects the page from coping and more.

Have to agree with Rich. People don't understand that an organization has to configure its web-site with Rapport software to allow a security "handshake" to occur with the PC of someone accessing it. If the organization incorporates Rapport the icon is green. If the organization doesn't install the Rapport security (usually because they're too cheap), there can't be a security handshake, your PC's Rapport knows this and the icon is gray. The problem is with the organization that has chosen to not use Rapport on its web-site. Not Rapport. Installing was easy. FYI: the Trusteer Add-on only showed up in my EDGE Add-on's after I had shut down my EDGE and re-started it. It is a superior product which I have been using for years, thankfully because my bank, the Bank of Montreal, sees the benefits.

This extension works fine. As for the other reviews, I have to wonder if they realize that Trusteer only works on specific sensitive sites and any sites you add to your protected list. Absolutely no complaints with this extension! It's pathetic that it's gotten so many bad reviews because people don't read about what they have before commenting!

Your instructions to enable this extension do not make sense. Where is this 'Turn on' . It just does not appear anywhere.
ROBIN
Just done an update first time in a few years. The instructions are confusing and then you are never sure it has actually happened. Its not only rapport guilty; many applications are written by people that have developed a kind of second geek skin and dont understant the ordinary world of most users. Has ever been thus since i started using a PC in 1999

Never shows up green automatically when opening banking website. Solution that works for me is to go to manage extensions and toggle off/on
RICHARD
19 years using with financial institutions. Quirky. Needs tweaking every time Browser companies 'update'. Works with Firefox, Chrome, Linux and the latest Edge. Protects many non-financial sites too. My synced Smartphone and PC hacked twice, restored with BACKUP, never lost financial data. Hackers commenced PHISHING expeditions. Still standing w/IBM-TRUSTEER combined with OTC Security system.

What is this.... it pops up all the time then needs to be reinstalled. why does it always pop up so annoying trusteer.... IBM do something its really annoying The worst product with glitches and pop ups it spams my computer constantly. IBM is a let down of a company I sold all of my IBM stock because of this really bad program security rapport by IBM
Harvey.
Seldomly works, never turn green, useless.
Walters,
A nightmare. Slows my computer down. I already have protection on my computer.
Sebastian
Does not even work!
Mike
Constantly bombarded with pop ups every time I boot my laptop up even though I have it. Bloody nuisance really unnecessary.
