It is great windows os but it doesn't work with chrome flex os, you click connect button on the chrome browser but nothings happen.

Absolute false advertising. Your forum has an article that tells me the Business version gets the multi-monitor to multi-monitor. FALSE. I don't want to pay a single dime more just because you have some other level BEYOND Business, UNREAL. Absolutely unneccessary. The business basic version you sell if comparable to other free VPN's available and is a complete joke. It cost me $75 because you have to be so mysterious about what is offered on the Business platform. The business basic is garbage and costs $60. I would not recommend. Use Google Chrome Remote if you desire 1 monitor method of VPN. This is a waste of money.

Works half the time from OSX, if you are trying from a Linux box, forget it, it will never work.

Performance from Chrome and Linux is so bad that this is practically useless, we need a native Splashtop Business app, this is even worse than other free streaming options

I use/love splashtop on windows and mac. I decided to try a chromebook for supporting my office while traveling since the site clearly says it supports Chromebook on the downloads page (and there's an Google Play Store version I could use too since my Chromebook supports Play Store Apps). After running into some problems--the Chrome version is missing some features and the Play Store version scroll bars don't seem to work with the trackpad on a new lenovo yoga--I called support for help. I was told that this Chrome extension is no longer getting any updates/support and that Play Store app isn't designed to work for Chromebooks. Then IMHO, splashtop isn't really fully supported on Chromebooks--I pointed out to them that their site should have an Note, Asterisk* comment or something to warn potential Chromebook users. It seems like slightly deceptive marketing to me.

seems working fine for me.

It doesn't work on certain networks to an external network. The Splashtop Windows app works perfectly but the Chrome in browser app doesn't at all on our networks. All I get is the spinning wheel and the message that say unable to connect. Please refresh the web page and try again. Again I have no issue with the Windows app. But it's be nice if I didn't have to have my employees download and me install with my admin creds to install this on their PC. I was hoping the Chrome app would bypass this need. Shame.

Can't find a way to stream from windows to this computer.

I am using Linux Mint 18 and just get a spinning wheel like everyone else. I raised the issue with splashtop support and they could not help as they need debug info. But unfortunately chrome does not allow you to copy and paste this information.

Wouldn't download because Splashtop isn't Chrome compatable. Don't understand why there's a chrome extension if it doesn't work?

Like Brian O'Neill, I only get a spinning circle and a "connection failed" after a while.
Brian O'Neill
Nothing but a spinning circle in a black window when I try to connect to a SOS session.

This is a nice feature, but is sluggish compared to the native app. I like the windows client the best, but I frequently hop back and forth between Windows, OSX, and Ubuntu. I try to use Ubuntu most, but find myself getting frustrated with the lag of this extension.

Non-functional. Asks for security code, and changing the security code (or disabling it entirely) does not allow access.

nice and is awesome playing pc games on my phone

About time. A client I can use on Lunux. Thanks Guys, now all we need is a native business client.
