- I am appalled by BitDefender's incessant reinstalling of this plugin (and its other plugins) after repeatedly removing from my browsers, and disabling it from its software. I ended up having to look up the extension's ID in the registry and getting rid of it there. This, combined with the overall 20-30% slowdown of my machine that BitDefender causes in the background even with all settings turned to minimal, I am switching to a less intrusive and less resource-depleting antivirus at the earliest opportunity.

- Absolutely shocking plug in - 90% of the time it doesn't work, won't let me click it or just pops up every 5 seconds asking me if i want to go to a secure checkout on page that doesn't have a checkout option. Seems badly coded and badly optimized. Seems like everyone else has the same issue but support doesn't want to fix anything and just leaves all the 1* reviews alone.

- Straight up doesn't work. The only time I decided to use it to create and store a password, it stored it in the ether and locked me out of my account. Had to reset my password and use 2FA to even get access, simply because the password said it was stored but straight up wasn't. Amazing!

- this extension sends data to an external website called "sentry", which is not mentioned anywhere. Isn't bitdefender supposed to protect our data? Right, except when they want to use it for some shady purposes.
- Jakub Genšor
- It's not working, it's still greyed out and I can't configure it. In bitdefender and also in chrome it's enabled and it still doesn't work. But in mozila it works
- EMILIO DALPONTE

- I also experience this extension no longer working with Microsoft Surface running Google Chrome. Although the extension is turned on, the icon upper right task bar is grayed out. no longer works. Firefox on the other hand does still work.
- Luca Pettinelli
- After months of regular usage in the last weeks it simply stopped working. After the first time Bitdefender told me to re-install the entire Bitdefender suite, so I did, and then it worked again. Today I had to install a windows update and the extension stopped working again. Even the first time I had just installed a windows update so I think that's the problem. I'm NOT going to re-install Bitdefender after every windows update. Fix it or I will have to use some other product.

- Well you sure do get what to expect from bundles. I would def recommend other managers, infact if you actually care enough about security and such - obv all antivirus browser extensions makes you less secure, why would you need anything but the antivirus from them? Read and happy privacy ;) FYI - I realised some people see posts like this and go mental for weeks, gonna try avoid by saying; NOT bashing bitdef, the antivirus app is what I'm currently using! About the browser comment applies to every antivirus apps from all companies! PEace

- automatically added to chrome extensions after downloading bitdefender without my consent or informing me this is illegal laws have at least caught up to this point this is something that can bring even a class action suit the more people become aware of this
- Jonathan
- Annoying popups every time you load a new page!!!
- Alan Rogers
- not working in chrome
- Phil Lee
- It doesn't work. The little icon in the top right corner says it's OFF and there is no way to turn it on. Bitdefender in Romania never responds to tech support requests.
- Hasan (BoykA)
- its not working in latest chrom.but working on in mozila
- bill whisnant
- I would rate 5 but this addon is very intrusive. I have pops up on screens that don't have login fields. Nothing worse than party crashers.
- InktUpSoldier
- The extension is great of course used with Bitdefender but I keep having issues with it automatically removing itself from my Chrome. It works for a couple weeks then just isn't there anymore if this problem can be fixed I would gladly give 5 stars but as of now it works great until it removes itself.

- Stopped working recently. Wallet automatically disabled by BD itself, even after manually enable it. Contacted CS and they never reply.
- James May
- This extn does not work on the new google chrome
- Susana Marujo
- Not update , and not virtual keybord !
- Nikola Stolnik
- Absolutely one of the best and most secure wallets for passwords and personal data. Easy to use, lightweight, smart design and login autofill works on 99% of the websites!
- Ettore Luberti
- Did nothing but bring my broswer to a crawl. Disabled it and speeds returned to normal.
- J F
- Google Chrome does basically the same thing.
- Justin Rivest
- Good app, but it would be better with the possibility of password rotation each month.
- Felipe Penteado
- It opens in your face everytime you open your browser, or it opens in your face when you log into your pc. Either way you have to put your password there right when it wants. It doesn't have a option to stay quite/hidden and appear only when requested (when clicked), like a good boy.
- Helder Silva
- It does not make adblock how Kaspersky does and automatically activates the words pass and also is not very active and has bugs! No virtual keybord and not update very time...
- Jonathern Thom
- Pure convenience with security in mind, no need to scratch your brains to remember passwords and accounts Bitdefender wallet does it all for you with the highest care in privacy and safe guarding your information. My only hope is that the dev's will allow to change the colour of the icon per Chrome themes as when you have a dark theme, you can't see the extension icon.

- Keeping installed, worth the security. BUT I highly advise finding another option to microformatting. My game site has a username search so the popup displays on every page >.<
- M S SRINIVASAN
- Awesome protection from fraudsters
- Chef Eric
- Excellent protection, and works super fast! Two thumbs up! Beats anything else out there!
- C.Bodie Smith
- Exceptional Product that appears to do what it was intended for/and to do! I have not found any go-arounds to get into system nor do I see any short-fall(s) with its workmanship.I do have a possible question of its stability when the Russians begin to (try)circumventing the system due to its Country of origin with the product.Have-to wait and see on that.Russians have many ways to "HACK" things and there will be another try any day and likely in the Medical field.

- Excellent app but need to load faster. I've disabled as many start-up apps as possible and the load time is lagging. Once past that issue it an excellent tool.
- Terry House
- very good app Bitdefender Wallet is a nice secure place to keep all my web sign in information.
- Michael Block
- Good app, but it needs to load more quickly. I sit here waiting for it for five, ten minutes sometimes.
- Chris Brown
- It is constantly popping up, even when I hit the cancel or 'no' button, opting NOT to use it.
- Yasmin Finlay
- I am constantly frustrated by the temperamental responses of this app. Following are the frustrations I have been constantly facing 1. !. I frequently find that it does not "appear" when it is time to insert a password and username. 2. On the other hand it seems to take delight in popping up to assist me in logging in. This is after I have already logged into a website - but only because my name has been mentioned on the site for some other reason. It cannot seem to differentiate between a real need to log in a not requirement to log in as the log in has been done. 3. Another really annoying feature is that it randomly grabs names of other people whenever I enter a search for someone on a website. Like for instance - when I research for details on various ancestors. I suddenly find their names have been added as having an account somewhere. So if by goodluck I do get a timely appearance to log into a website I am offered a list of owners of passwords not related to me and also don’t happen to have any details attached to them! Just a choice of names. 4. I have been a little careless in the past as I was really happy that this app was part of my security software Bitdefender. I assumed this meant I now had a secure way of safely saving my passwords on a system that would save me a lot of time and bother of frequently having to look up passwords whenever I wanted to log in to a website. But this has turned out not to be the case. Lately its functions have become even more unreliable and frustrating ( me having to look up a password from my list and then as soon as I have - it appears after the deed is done) what is the point of that? 5. I cannot work out how to get it to appear when I need a password when it fails to make an appearance either. You would think there is such a function when it fails to appear when it should. 6. Finally the latest thing that is happening is that it seems to prevent me in some strange way from logging into my skype account. The other day I had the usual problems with the PW Manager so I looked my list of passwords and entered the password. Skype would not allow me in. Then I clicked on to the Bitdefender PW manager and noticed the password was exactly the same as the one I had noted down. I gave it another shot by copying and pasting it from my list - I could not log in. Suddenly the PW manager appears and I tap on the same user name it has produced that I have also entered on the Skype log in page and all the details are listed and accepted! I don't know about anyone else but I have enough issues that continuously pop up with the mechanisms of a computer be it software or hardware as that is the nature of the machine without having to struggle with an app that is supposed to make my life easier with its password saving and entering auto functions. The tediousness of this incompetency is rapidly becoming a waste of time in my opinion.
