Pixlr Editor is the most popular advanced online photo editor. No download is required, and it's 100% free.
If you're used to working with Gimp, PaintShop Pro, or Photoshop you will feel right at home with this online image editor. It contains a lot of the features that you normally see in desktop graphic design applications. Jump in and start using this tool with no registration required.

• Provides tools like layers, lasso tool, brush controls, cloning, and filters.

Tools include red-eye reduction, a spot healing tool, drawing tools, clone tools, sharpen, blur, and many more.
Filters include mimic HDR, glamour glow, tilt-shift, Gaussian blur, vignetting, noise, and many others.
Adjustments include advanced concepts like Levels, Curves, Cross Process, Desaturate, Auto Levels, Hue/Saturation and Brightness/Contrast.

- There's no point to the app. It limits you to 2 saves without warning you ahead of time. It acted like it saved my source file and never actually did. Subsequent save attempts were met with shakedowns to pay. Entirely worthless. I used it years ago and it was good. Never would've bothered if I'd known how useless it would be in modern times.

- Very helpful and intuitive app for the most part. So much so that you may not feel the need to pay attention to the fine print, but be warned that while it looks like it saves projects in history that you can open and resume work, it doesn't. If your browser cash is cleared, you will lose everything you've worked on unless you saved it, and you will lose all your different layers unless you save in .PXZ format. There are also a limited number of saves allowed per day with the free version, which can spell disaster if you're not careful. By all means, use this app, but make sure you save in .PXZ format after any large amount of work. I would give it a 5 star rating if I hadn't just lost a ton of work and layers. It did help me to salvage some though.

- Pixlr used to be far better with its old version of the editor. We used to have the ability to go up to 6000x6000, and the new one can only go to 4096x4096, which most photo editors have for a maximum limit. On top of this, the biggest reason I used Pixlr was because of my logo. I could only make it with Pixlr, and now I can't make it anymore. I can only use the same two photos of it, that I've been creating with since 2018, and it's not even in the best quality either. Until they bring out the brushes back, with the stars, clouds, cracks, splashes, round objects, and all the rest of the original options, I will no longer recommend Pixlr to anyone. Sure, 4096x4096 isn't as good as 6000x6000, but I can work with it. When the literal things which made my logo possible are gone, there is almost no hope of me using it again. -ŁÐ

- Doesn't work with google drive as stated. When trying to edit a picture you get a 404 error and have to save files locally when editing through Pixlr.

- Its ok but it wont let me pick a picture from google drive. ill be using a differnt app until its fixed like everyone else is saying oh and it glitchs.

- I have used this for about 2 weeks, I used the online version on my PC. It's the best! I used to use MS Paint because it's been hard for me to find online-editors that are free and super easy and work the way I wan't them to. I don't get ANY ads it's like a paid version of some paint app. There is no changes I would like, I use it for simple things. Its very easy to use and you don't need any experience. 5/5!

- Got a 404. I think it is because pixlr has moved to a new program and this one is deprecated. Too bad pixlr didn't redirect folks to the new app instead of giving them a 404.

- This is a wickedly expansive photo editorial program. It's got the most massive database of editorial options for use with your browser. I was absolutely amazed the size and scope of this app. I was naturally didn't hype myself up prior to actually opening the app. and began to explore it first hand, as I've been let down so many times when I try out new apps. that are over hyped or non-functional. However this app. not only delivered but it far exceeded all user reviews by light years. I'm so satisfied and impressed by the creators that developed it, Thanx for bringing such beautiful and complete app. to my desktop!! Keep up the exemplary work ladies and gentlemen!! - Although I've connected Pixlr Editor to Google Drive, it won't open from there anymore. I believe this has something to do with Flash being phased out and ending completely near the end of 2020. Yes, the error message has been popping up for quite a while for me too, but (correct me if I'm wrong, Pixlr people) I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that Pixlr is working on a new, improved Pixlr Editor that will work without Flash. In the meantime, you can always access Pixlr Editor from their website and upload your image from there. And yes, I agree with Malakai, Pixlr X can't hold a candle up to all the things you can do with Editor!

- What will happen when Adobe Flash is no longer supported on Google Chrome (2020)? (As Pixlr editor needs Flash to run). I find this the best quick picture editor I use and I will be so sorry if it will no longer work after that date. What are Pixlr program editors doing to allow Chrome users to continue to use this superb picture editor?
