Make weblabs bend to your will
NeoWeblab is an extension that makes creating and managing Weblab overrides easy.
How to use:
Simply install and open. If there are already overrides NeoWeblab will pick them up. If you need to add a new Weblab override, simply add the name (e.g. US_DETAIL_1234) and the number of treatments excluding the Control group, which means if your Weblab has C, T1, and T2, you would put 2. Once you click on a specific treatment it will auto-magically populate all the cookies necessary to trigger the corresponding Weblab treatment.
Features:
- Weblabs are persistent across domains, making it fast and easy to toggle an experiment on multiple sites, without having to manually re-add the Weblab for each domain you need to test.
- It auto-detects current cookie overrides making it a plug-and-play solution that plays nice with other tools.
- Auto-updates the page when you select a different treatment
- Re-clicking on an active treatment removes the override for that Weblab, but keeps it in the tool for future use. You can of course remove the Weblab altogether if you no longer need it via the "X" button.
- Allows to see which treatment override is currently active, and the other treatments available.
- Allows to filter Weblab overrides when they get too numerous! (for those power users out there)
- Allows to show Weblabs in "compact view" (go to the settings!)
- Allows to add a description (thanks James!)
- Allows import and export functionality (thanks Gastón!)
- Allows editing of existing weblabs (thanks Gastón!)
- Has a quicklink button to the underlying Weblab e.g. weblab.amazon.com/#WEBLAB_123 (thanks Joe!)
- Supports grouping thanks to treatment buttons for all filter results. It will auto-suggest any hashtags in descriptions for one-click filtering
- Allows grouping the weblab and filter by group
- Add "Prefixes to Hide" functionality

- It used to work very nicely but my Chrome was updated to Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit) And now the popup doesn't show up correctly, unless I open the chrome dev tools to "debug" it.
