With this extension, you will be able to:

- For a company that does user experience testing, they don't use it towards their own failure of a website/extension. It's always broken and not working.

- This app works good, but the issue is the trust. Most users doesn't has the trust on these kind of apps, in the about section should be information about the security. Usually people are think these app will track them, so it's better to write about the security as well in the about of the app section.

- UPDATE: I am going to keep updating my reviews until this problem is fixed. UserTesting is actively ignoring the tests that glitch your computer out, and they will not respond to any emails or communications that are sent out. I have reported nearly 5 tests for this exact same issue and have yet to hear anything back. Legit website, and you can make real money. Horrible customer service though. I've been using this platform for exactly two years now (started Dec 2023), and they outright refuse to address the very real issues with the platform. I recently bought a new Macbook for school (so there shouldn't be any issues with the laptop itself) and to do UserTesting on the side. The website constantly malfunctions, the microphone somehow doesn't capture any audio at all at times (even though the actual laptop microphone works just fine), the tests sometimes won't upload or will take forever, it won't give me the option to share my screen (which is literally required to move forward), it'll show the same exact test over and over despite me not qualifying, etc. Also, the website will show more mobile tests than actual website tests. If I'm on a laptop, I clearly don't want to use the app at the moment! It'll even show tests for mobile that don't exist/populate on my app. Too many issues to rate positively. The payout also takes 2 weeks which is a bit annoying, but it isn't a scam!

- I thought I was just not seeing what I needed to do for this test, but obviously others have had problems as well. I was able to install the extension but nothing beyond that. I have a message saying Test is uploaded, but I cant do anything with that to begin the test.

- They seem to have fixed all the issues in the most recent update, for 6 months the it was not working with microphone, now it's sorted. Much better. In general User Testing is a great plantform and recomend to others.

- Please stop telling me to update an already updated extension. I will delete this review when that happens. Edit: This still happens. Also, I currently can't open any site without the Browser Recorder also opening, so I'm going to have to reinstall it. Does anyone competent work there? I love seeing you pay for ads but not paying to ensure your extension works. Dim.

- Won't ever let me finish a test, when I click 'next step' it greys out so I can never finish a test. Support have never resolved it either

- Extension does not work!!! The amount of tests I've missed out on = $$$ because of it. Been in touch with tech support who is taught to believe that the fault is always in the costumer end, never in theirs and was asked to de/re-install the extensions which worked once or twice. Now suddenly the problem is happening again...

- As of today, May 14 the extension recorder will not operate when I have a test that requires both microphone and camera. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it will not run. It will work on tests that are microphone only. My version of chrome is updated to the latest version, and my settings are all correct on my Mac.

- I found this extension very interesting with lots of variety for everyone. I also found the installation to be quite easy and also easy to use, and i don't know my way around a computer very well. My biggest complaint is that some of the headings are in another language so if you don't know that language it can be a bit annoying.

- Just does not work. The people who made this don't know how to make software. Extension crashes on windows 11 machine with latest version of chrome. They say to restart the browser and also turn off anti-virus software. It seems the issue is really buggy extension.
